Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Smiths & Cobblers. We take pride in delivering high-quality UA shoes with style, comfort, and durability in every pair. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a fair and simple policy for exchanges and warranty claims.

No Refunds – Exchange Only

Please note that we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size or style, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or model.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

1-Year Warranty

All Smiths & Cobblers shoes come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues with stitching, sole separation, or other faults not caused by misuse or wear and tear.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a claim, contact our support team with photos and a description of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
